CLARA BELL HILL, 85, of Kingsport passed away on February 6, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy and Ella Hill; 3 sisters, Ethel McPherson, Ruby Wallen, and infant sister, Betty Hill; 5 brothers, Floyd Hill, William Hill, Eugene Hill, Jay Hill and Joe Hill.

Survivors include 1 sister, Gladys Falin; 1 brother, Jim Hill; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Clara was a member of Big Door, Blackwater Lick Church. She was a farmer and a retiree of Pins and Needles Sewing Factory in Blackwater, VA. and of Harvest Inn, Sykesville, MD. She loved sewing, cooking, singing, listening.to gospel music and taking care of her dogs. She was also a caregiver to her family.

The family will forever be grateful for having Clara in their lives. We already miss her quick wit, humor, talent, friendliness and opinions on politics.
