DEBRA KAY OSBORNE, 53, of Blackwater, VA passed away December 8, 2014 at Wellmont Hospital in Kingsport, TN, following a lengthy illness.

A native of Morgan County, WV, she was born November 15, 1961 to the late Pete and Mary Kerns Puffinberger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Sonny and Jim Puffinberger and 1 sister, Joanne Golden.

She is survived by her husband, Eugene Carl Osborne; 2 sons, Josh and Chris Lyons; 4 sisters, Nancy, Geraldine, and Frannie Puffinberger and Penny Mendoza; 2 brothers, Wayne and Mark Puffinberger; 2 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and family.

She was a member of Blackwater Lick (Big Door) Church. Her health prevented her from attending regularly.

She is greatly missed by all that knew her, but we are assured she is at rest with the Lord. We know we’ll see her again in sweet Beulah Land.
