JACK FLOYD DAY of Little Cowan passed away March 4, 2015 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Center.

Jack was the son of the late Henry D. Day and Hester Day Banks.

He was born February 11, 1928, being 87 years and 23 days of age at the time of his passing.

Surviving are his wife, Bessie Mae; 4 sons: Wayne, James, Lannie and Randy; 1 sister, Imogene Williams; 6 grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Jack was preceded in death by 1 son, Kenneth; 1 grandson; and 5 brothers, Dee, Doug, Bennett, Charlie and Eugene.

Jack was a faithful member of Little Cowan Church for 42 years where his beautiful voice was used to praise the Lord.
