PHILLIS ROSE, 79 of Germantown, OH passed away peacefully on July 22, 2015 with her loving daughter by her side. She was born December 15, 1935 in Pikeville, KY to the late Orville M. and Mary Frances Rose.

Preceding her in death are 3 brothers, Winford "Wink", Ronald, and Clyde Rose; 1 sister, Clari; 1 niece and 1 nephew.

Phillis is survived by her daughter, Starla McCauley; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Roger and Teddy Rose and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Phillis has been a longtime member of Rose Chapel Church, who collected dolls and dedicated her life to her family.
