WILLIAM J. BAKER, age 77, of Clarksville, OH passed away May 4, 2015 at Clinton Memorial Hospital. He was born May 26, 1937 in Barwick, KY, the son of the late Thomas and Mary Jane Neace Baker.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Taylor, Isaac, Tommy Gene, infant brothers, Warren Lean and Willard Dean.

William is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margie Baker; 2 daughters, Brenda Moore and Wilma Baker; 1 son. Timothy Baker; 3 granddaughters; 1 great granddaughter; 1 step grandson; 1 step granddaughter; 2 step great grandsons; 5 sisters, Lillie McGowan, Hazel Zebold, Stella Ethridge, Mary Magdeline White, and Bobbie Jo Filar; 2 brothers, George Baker and Eddie Baker; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

William served in the United States Navy and also retired from General Motors. He was also a wonderful musician who played in the Bluegrass Badlanders band that played at a number of festivals in Ohio.
