DOROTHY D. FIELDS, 57 of Surgoinsville, TN went home to be with her heavenly Father and family on January 18, 2016 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Ruth Fields; 2 sisters, Sue Laster and Louise Fields; 3 brothers, Dub, Fred, and John Fields.

Survivors include 2 sisters, Gladys Thacker and Margie Charles; 1 brother, Lynn Fields; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was a faithful member of Long Hollow Church and was a loving and caring person. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Sleep on, little sister, until we meet again on Heaven’s bright shore.
