EVELYN NERVESTIA ROBINETTE JESSEE, of Bulls Gap, Tennessee, entered into eternal rest at her home with her family by her bedside on April 9, 2016, at the age of 93.

She was a Christian from the age of 12 and a faithful member of Marion Robinette Memorial Church until her death. She served the church as clerk and secretary and treasurer for many years.

She stated that her happiest days were when she was at the Lord's House during worship services.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, James Arnold Jessee; parents, Carson and Clara Goan Robinette; 2 sisters, Eula Kate Sexton and Millicent Thacker; and 1 brother, Marion Carson (M. C.) Robinette, Jr.

She is survived by 2 sons, Larry Jessee and Mitcher Jessee; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Polly Gene Penley; 1 brother, Wayne Robinette; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
