JAMES EARL PROFITT of Little Cowan passed away March 23, 2016 at his residence.

Earl was the son of the late Strawther M. and Rosa C. Hensley Profitt.

He was born March 13, 1919, being 97 years and 10 days old at the time of his passing.

Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Juanita Dickenson Profitt; 2 daughters, Helen Doris Miller and Shelia Brown; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild, along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Earl was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Edna Ison Profitt; 1 daughter, Carol; 3 brothers, T. Lawrence Profitt, Claude Moore Profitt and Carl Profitt; 5 sisters, Lou Emma Profitt, Della Leona Profitt, Loretta Profitt, Lavina Profitt, and Cuba Annetta Profitt.

Earl was a member of Little Cowan Church.
