BILLY ALLEN DOWELL was born February 25, 1957 and departed this life November 20, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy S. Dowell and 1 brother, Jeff Dowell.

Survivors include his wife, Norma; 1 son, William; his mother, Grace; 1 sister, Connie Penley and 1 brother, Bobby.

He was a member of Gardner's Memorial Church. He is sadly missed and will never be forgotten.
