GREGORY STEVEN “GREG” MAYNARD, of Houston, TX, formerly of Dayton, passed away March 26, 2017 at the age of 61. He was born in Dayton, OH on February 18, 1956 to Lacy and June Livingston Maynard.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Lacy Maynard and stepfather, Warren Kail.

He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Seals Maynard; 2 sons, Adrian Maynard and Samuel Maynard; mother, June Maynard Kail; 2 sisters Penny Profitt and Lisa Brown; 1 stepsister, Lavita Kail Bosma and 1 stepbrother, Mike Kail; 2 nephews and 1 niece. His stepchildren include Monica Alexander, Lee Alexander, Teresa Alexander; 4 sister-in-laws and a host of friends and loved ones.

He was known for his kind and generous nature. He will be greatly missed by all. After graduating from high school, Greg completed his real estate licensing and was employed by Lennar Homes.
