RICKEY LEE TURNER, age 58, of Carlisle, OH, died May 3, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Middletown, OH on August 2, 1958 to John and Maude Raleigh Turner.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Turner, Jr.

Rickey is survived by his 2 sons, Waylon Turner and Daniel Halcomb; 2 daughters, Amanda Cox and Julie Kelley; his mother, Maude Turner; 8 grandchildren; 5 sisters, Anita Newkirk, Marcella Simpson, Loretta Eastridge, Melissa Jarvis and Jessica Moss; numerous nieces and nephews.
