EVA CARLENE BRADLEY HURD, 54, was called home to be with Jesus on December 20, 2011 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents, C. H. and Nova Bradley; 1 brother, Mark Bradley and her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband and best friend, Elder Daniel Hurd; 2 daughters, Danyale Wade and Misty Jarnagin; 3 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Eva was saved at an early age, and went to church all her life. She was a lifelong resident of Blackwater, VA, and a devoted member of Blackwater Lick Church. All those who knew her cared for her deeply.
