JANELLE STEWART, 74, of Dayton, OH went to sleep in the blessed arms of Jesus on September 27, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Martha and Hampton Robinette; her husband, Denzil Stewart, and 2 sisters, Irene Baker and Jenny Davenport.

She is survived by her husband, Martin Baber; 1 son, Dennis Stewart; 3 daughters, Cathy Hoak, Terri VanHoose and Michelle Wilson; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Jack Jones and H. T. Robinette; 2 sisters, Wilma Widner and Julia Hampton.

Mom and Dad were both saved at the same revival meeting in 1956 in Xenia, OH. They both joined Clear Springs Church soon after it was established in 1967. They shared the same love, enjoyment and dedication of singing in several different Gospel Quartets over the years. Their love and willingness to witness through their singing made a huge impact in so many lives.

Mom suffered for many years with her illness and finally reached the point where she had no breath to sing the songs that she so loved singing. But she has left this world of troubles and sorrow and is now singing around God’s great throne. We miss you, Mom, but we find peace in knowing that you are now able to walk, talk and sing praises once again.
