MARY RUTH OSBORNE, a beloved companion, mom, mamaw, sister and aunt was born January 30, 1935 in Inman, VA to Ardena Stewart and Daniel B. Robinette. She passed away peacefully March 31, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton where she received loving care for the last 9 days.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John Roy Osborne.

Ruth was a member Fairview (Bellbrook, OH) Church and enjoyed gospel-bluegrass music and was an accomplished gospel-bluegrass singer. She also loved to quilt, crochet and travel.

Ruth is survived by her best friend and companion, John Rogers; 3 boys whom she dearly loved, Wayne, Dale and Darren Osborne; 2 grandsons; 2 brothers Joe and Lester Robinette and several nieces and nephews.
