MAYBELLE MARIE JOHNSON OSBORNE was born on April 11, 1948 and went home to be with the Lord on March 9, 2012.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister and aunt. She was saved at an early age and joined Flower Gap Church and then in later years she joined Blackwater Lick (Big Door) Church, where she was a faithful member until she departed this life. She loved singing in church and sang with the Flower Gap Pioneers and the Messenger's Quartet.

She was preceded in death by her earthly father and mother, Lloyd and Mary Johnson; 1 sister, Jerusha Johnson and 1 brother, L. J. Johnson.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, James (Tee) Osborne; 1 son, Barry (Butterball) Osborne; 2 daughters, Martha Perry and Marsha Fields; 2 sisters, Virgia Grace Hill and Ettia Ruth Creech; 1 brother, Daniel Johnson; 4 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 1 step great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews and church friends.

Maybelle is greatly missed by all who knew her. Our loss is heaven’s gain.
