BILLY JEFF BURNS, 84, of the Romeo Community of Greene County, TN passed away December 12, 2013 at his home.

He was a member of Marion Robinette Memorial Church, which he attended faithfully as long as his health permitted. He was superintendent of the Sunday School for many years, which he enjoyed very much.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Gertrude Burns; and 2 brothers, J. C. and Bobby Burns.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Burns; 1 son, Steve Burns; 3 daughters, Vona Brotherton, Kema Woolsey and Joni Parker; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by family and his many friends.
