MARY RUTH (WALLEN) ROLLER, born in 1930 in Lee County, VA to the late Null and Pearl Johnson Wallen, went home to heaven on March 11, 2018 at age 87. She had lived in Indianapolis since 1951 and retired after being manager at Roselyn Bakery #3 on the city's south side for more than 25 years.

Mary Ruth professed her faith in Christ when she was 14 years old and was among the 14 people baptized at the June Meeting of Willis Chapel Church in 1945. Mary Ruth remained a member of Willis Chapel throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Calloway Patton Roller, who passed away on July 2, 2001; siblings Jack Wallen, Ova Wallen, Venus Lawson, Ann Manis Addington, Charles Howard, Guy, Bonnie Hurd, and Mitchell.

Mary Ruth is survived by 2 sons, Kerry L. Roller and Tim Roller; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Wanda Osborne; and many nieces and nephews. Joy she brought, joy she has found.
