AZALEA LUCY ALLEN, 81, of Blackwater, VA, was born September 16, 1936, and went home to be with her Heavenly Father on December 10, 2017, at her home. She was a member of Blackwater Lick (Big Door) Primitive Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hamp and Minnie Roller Wallen; husband, Dana Allen; infant son, Charles David Allen; brothers, Clyde, Charles, Carl Ray, and Claude Wallen; and a sister, Pauline Brock.

Azalea is survived by her children, Junior Allen, of the home, Brenda Nichols, of Kyles Ford, TN, Rocky Allen, of Edison, TN, and Peggy Allen, of Blackwater; 3 grandsons, Adam Nichols, Cody Spears, and Timmy Spears; one great-granddaughter, Trinity Spears; sisters, Una Mae Rhoten, Nellie Ruth Gilliam, and June Wilson; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
