BETTY B. (BARNETT) LIVINGSTON known most commonly as "Grammy," age 82, of Kettering, passed away Thursday, January 17th, 2019 in Kettering at Oak Creek Terrace. She was born June 20th, 1936 to Elva (Glass) and Jesse Barnett in Farmersville, Ohio. Betty was passionate about raising and providing for her family. She spent time as both a home maker and Legal Secretary, a position she retired from in 1998. She had an incredibly infectious laugh and a strong work ethic.

Betty was a long-time member of Fairview Primitive Baptist Church. She was very active in serving the church and the community, and even sat on multiple boards. Betty enjoyed piecing together her family genealogy, reading a good book, and watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune with some vanilla wafers or fudge striped cookies.

She was preceded in death by her husband George Livingston, her parents, and sister Luella Moyer.

Betty is survived by her daughter Belinda Napier (Mark) and son Alan Livingston (Julie): grandchildren Jesse Napier (Alicia), Rachel Dixon (Keith), Ashley Montgomery (Aaron), and Jackie Livingston; great grandchildren Evan, Jordynn and Landon Dixon; brother Ronald Barnett and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
