VIVIAN LEE STROUD, 89, went to her eternal home to see her Savior face to face on the June 27, 2019. She was born to the late Elder Charles Roller and Pearl Mae (Pearcy) Roller in Blackwater, VA on July 25, 1929.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stroud, and a great-grandson, Chansellor Elijah Stroud.

Vivian leaves behind 4 children, Tommy (Shelly) Stroud, Cathy (Scott) Cloud, Richard (Joni) Stroud, and Brenda (Steve) Belt; 10 grandchildren whom all adored her; 21 great-grandchildren, a special nephew, Charles Roller; and more other family members and friends.

Vivian was a member of Clear Springs Primitive Baptist Church for many years before moving her membership to Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church as a founding member, where she served faithfully for many years until she could no longer attend due to failing health. She still prayed earnestly for the church and the whole Eastern District Association.

Vivian was full of life. She was loved by all that ever met her and leaves us all with many beautiful and fun memories. She was full of stories and was gifted with a personality that brought others laughter and joy. She loved the Lord deeply and has planted countless seeds throughout her lifetime. Our hearts hurt not having her here but rejoice in knowing she is in a state of perfect peace and joy with her Lord. We look forward to the day we are all together again.
