EDITH MAE WILLIAMS HORNE was born April 25, 1925 and was called to live eternally with Christ Jesus on November 22, 2019 at 94 years of age.

She was the daughter of Henry and Rosa Fields Williams. She was married to Murl Etheridge Horne August 3, 1949. He preceded her in death in 2001. She was also preceded in death by her son, Larry Allen Horne; daughter, Lois Marie Horne Cole; sister, Myrtle Housewright; and brothers, David, Edgar, Dewitt, and H.P. Williams.

She is survived by daughters, Shirley Watson and Linda Mayo, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was saved at an early age at Long Hollow Church and attended there until her death. She always looked forward to attending church services.

Mom’s passing has left a void in our lives, but we will meet again on that that glad reunion day.
