ETHEL JEANETTE “JENNY” MILLS, age 52, of Inez, KY passed away January 10, 2022, at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY. She was born November 29, 1969, in Louisa, KY to the late Raymond Cochran and Ruth Ann Runyon Rowe.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepdad, Burgess Mills, and daughter, Kendra Mills.

She is survived by her husband, Donnis Lynn Mills; sons, Justin Harless and Derrick Harless; stepdaughters, Jennifer Lynn West and Emily Mills; brother, Gary Cochran; sister, Patricia McKinney; and very special aunt and uncle, Margaret and Dale Whitt.

She was a member of Richardson Chapel Church.
