ROSA LEE LOWE BAKER, 80, of Kingsport, TN went to be with the Lord Saturday, August 6, 2022. Rosa was born in Butler, Tennessee on February 7, 1942, to the late Jake and Ruby Lowe.

She was a member at Gardner’s Chapel and attended Chestnut Flats Primitive Baptist Church in Scott County, Virginia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, JL Lowe and her sister, Jane Lawson. Those left to cherish Rosa’s memory are her husband, Elder Lewis Baker; daughter, Cassandra Kerney; granddaughters, Ariana Kerney and Angelina Kerney; brothers, Charlie Lowe and William Lowe; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
