HOMER BOLDEN was born December 25, 1949, and went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2024. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Homer accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and was a member of Swan Creek Primitive Baptist Church in Sneedville, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Bolden; and his brothers, Kenneth Bolden, Stevie Bolden, Tommy Bolden, and Jerry Bolden.

Homer is survived by his mother, Stella Bolden; wife, Martha Bolden; daughter, Melissa (Tony) Duncan; sons, Rusty (Amy) Bolden, Dustin (Shauna) Bolden, and John Bolden; grandchildren, Wade (Heather) Howerton, Caleb (Tori) Posey, Toby (Makayla) Duncan, Brandon (Angelica) Bolden, Caitlin Bolden, Jacob Hall, Peyton (Skyler) Bolden, Ava Bolden, Harley Bolden, Freya Bolden, and Britain Bolden; brothers, Roger (Mona) Bolden, Rick Bolden, George (Kathleen) Bolden, Gary Bolden, Faye Dean (Annette) Bolden, and Larry (Julie) Bolden; sisters, Mary “Sissy” (Jim) Oxendine and Kay (Bob) Bryant; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other close family members and friends who he dearly loved.
