IMOGENE “GRANNY” (LONG) LANE, age 87, of Morristown, passed away on April 10, 2024, at Life Care Center of Morristown. She was a member of Swann Creek Church and loved to quilt. She was a loving mother and granny and will be dearly missed.

Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Long; daughter, Kathy Stubblefield; granddaughter, Kayla Cody; brothers, Carl and Everett Lawson; and sisters, Stella Royston, Nina Trent, and Goldie Brewer.

She is survived by her son, Thomas (Sue Ellen) Long; daughters, Helen (David) Stuffel, Phyllis Winstead, and Priscilla (Curtis) Barnard; grandchildren, Cindy Bird, Daniel (Codee) Stuffel, Leslie (Devin) Cribley, Kathy (Andrew) Greene, Ashley (Jimmy) Wolfe, Cody (Hannah) Carroll, Mitchell Long, and Michael Long; fourteen great-grandchildren; and sisters, Margaret Purkey, Wanda Carroll, Faye (Jack) Ferrell, and Brenda Anderson.
