KENNETH CARL OSBORNE, Blackwater, VA, was born October 14, 1955 and departed this life on July 28, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Georgia Osborne along with several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Kate Osborne; sons: Kevin (Heather) Osborne, Randy Osborne, and Phillip Osborne; daughters: Rebecca Osborne and Deanna (Todd) Evans; grandchildren: Jonah, Krissy, Rachel, Ryan, Ellie, Grayson, Levi, and Opal.

He was a faithful member of Osborne Chapel Church. He was always willing to help with anything at church and help his neighbors and community. His work in this life is finished, but we will meet him on Heaven’s bright shore someday.
