MARY HICKMAN, age 81, of Surgoinsville, went home to be with the Lord, February 17, 2024. She was saved at an early age and was a member of Long Hollow Primitive Baptist Church. She enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, gardening, canning, and always had a table spread.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Wayne Hickman; parents, Clyde and Maude Williams; sisters, Dorothy Horton and Thelma Chess; brothers, Lowell Williams and Tommy Horton.

She is survived by her loving sons, Rick Hickman and wife, Brandy, Scott Hickman and wife, Stacy, and Bob Hickman and wife, Millie; grandchildren, Kimberly, Jessie, Caden, Kayla, Bethany, and Austin; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Joseph, Sawyer, Mason, Natalie, Alayna, and Ellie; sisters, Bonnie, Virginia, Georgia, Amy, and Ann; brothers, Woodrow and Phillip; step-mother, Betty Williams; several nieces and nephews. Mary will certainly be missed by all her friends and family.
